Neal White has five years of experience developing and managing large-scale, dynamic web applications for high-profile clients. His technical expertise includes numerous web scripting languages and frameworks, as well as server side configuration and application deployment. His portfolio includes development and management of multiple high-traffic social networking applications, e-commerce and B2C applications for high-profile clients like MTV Networks, Viacom, and Stila Cosmetics.
Neal also has experience managing development teams and working closely with clients to deliver top quality web solutions for a wide range of industries including entertainment, industrial business, retail products and more. His wide range of experience gives him a strong understanding of all aspects of web application development and project management which translates into time and cost efficiencies for our clients.
Arend Miller has been developing database-driven web applications for nearly a decade. Prior to Cohesive, Arend was an Interactive Programmer at several advertising agencies developing web solutions and data-driven applications for clients. His experience developing both front-end and back-end solutions have given him expertise in translating the Interactive medium into business opportunities for our clients.
Careful, technical-jargon ahead: Arend's programming expertise lies both in front-end development — using advanced XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flash/Flex ActionScript 3 — and in back-end implementation with Ruby on Rails, PHP, and .NET. His experience with both local and national clients on projects of all sizes gives him the perspective of choosing the most efficient languages while keeping in mind budgets, timelines and scalability. Most recently, Arend's been working in Objective C and creating applications for Apple's iPhone.
Mike Tyer has been designing web sites, brand identities and integrated marketing campaigns for nearly a decade. Prior to Cohesive, Mike was a Design Manager, Senior Art Director and Creative Director at several advertising agencies and interactive shops. His experience designing brand identities and creating integrated campaigns and web solutions have won numerous awards and helped clients from small retail shops to large international corporations like 3M, Post-it, John Deere, Mercer and Super Clean and everything in between.
Mike has experience managing teams of designers, writers and project managers as well as developing strategic marketing plans and marketing budgets. His attention to detail and the big picture and hands-on approach helps our clients stand out in the sea of sameness.
Chris serves as a Senior Art Director for Cohesive. His resourcefulness and keen eye for detail make his portfolio of print and interactive projects exciting and diverse. Chris uses his vast experience with new technologies to help our clients stand out.
With more than 14 years of design experience, Chris has worked with brands including Bertch, 3M, Rockwell Collins, GE and John Deere. An award-winning creative professional, Chris has helped reshape a variety of corporate brands with his own brand of innovative solutions.
